Are you wondering how we came up with the name “Bats Offroad”? Well, I can tell you that it isn’t what most people think. It doesn’t have anything to do with flying mammals. It doesn’t have anything to do with baseball, although you will see our Jeeps at the ball fields from time to time. The Offroad part should speak for itself, but the Bats part is actually a nickname my wife has had since her childhood. A friend of the family made a reference to the phrase Bats in her belfry when she was little. We love camping and doing crazy stuff offroad, so it made perfect sense to use the name Bats Offroad.
